Q: How does your mobile service work?

A: Easy, we bring the bike shop to you! One of our certified technicians will arrive in a company marked van with everything they need ready to service all your bikes.

 

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

Q: How long does it take to service a bike?

A: Most repairs are performed in one visit and take about an hour. Of course, service times vary based on the services being performed and the number of bikes being serviced.

Q: Where can I set up my service?

A: Anywhere! Your house, your apartment, your office. Anywhere with room for the Mobile Bike Shop to park. 

 

Q: Is there a minimum cost of service or a travel fee for the mobile service?

A: Free Mobile Service applies to anywhere within the inner greater Sacramento Area. Our policy is a $49 minimum, any service under $49 will be subject to a travel fee. 

Q: Do you service electric bikes?

A: Yes, we will service any mechanical aspect of your electric bike, however we are unable to repair or replace any electrical components. 

Q: Does your service have a warranty?

A: Yes, all of our work comes with a 15 day warranty!

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: We accept cash and all credit/debit cards. Sorry, no person checks.
